What we collect

Account data: your email address when you sign in, and your optional skin type.

Routine data: the product names, stack assignments, photos you snap of products and labels, and diary entries you save to your account.

Payment data: payments are processed by Flutterwave. We never see or store your card number; we only receive a confirmation and your plan status.

How we use it

To run the analysis you ask for: product names and label photos are sent to Google Gemini for ingredient extraction and conflict analysis.

To keep your vanity, diary, and score in sync across devices.

To enforce plan limits and confirm payments.

We do not sell your data, and we do not use your routine or photos for advertising.

Storage and retention

Your data is stored with Supabase in their hosted Postgres and storage infrastructure. Product photos you delete from your vanity are removed with the product entry.

Delete your account and your routine, diary, and photos are deleted with it. To request deletion, email routineclash@gmail.com from your account email.

Third parties

Google Gemini (analysis of product names and label photos), Supabase (authentication and database), Flutterwave (payments), and Vercel (hosting). Each processes data only as needed to provide the service.

Your choices

The free scanner works without an account. Photos taken for one-off scans are analyzed in memory and are not saved to a profile.
